Very well supplied with shopping facilities, services and cultural offerings of all kinds, Mitte residents will find everything their heart desires here, right around the corner or within walking distance. Hackescher Markt and Friedrichstrasse, Museum Island, Gendarmenmarkt and the hip Oranienstrasse are just a few minutes away, as is the Spree with its extensive promenade. The local transport connections are very good: the Spittelmarkt station and two bus lines are almost underground on the doorstep. The house was designed by the architect Tobias Nöfer and has a view of the so-called Beuth-Höfe.
