Hardly more than a hundred meters west of Fünf Morgen begins the magnificent Grunewald with its chain of lakes. Here I can wander for hours through nature and yet I am always close enough to the lively hustle and bustle of the metropolis. The Kurfürstendamm is only twenty minutes away. Berlin is a city that can move a lot.

There are many facilities for everyday life on the FÜNF MORGEN site: The offer ranges from supermarket and organic supermarket to fitness/wellness club, gastronomic facilities, excellent doctors, a pharmacy and assisted living as well as a daycare center. Excellent educational institutions, including bilingual schools, are located in the immediate vicinity. The Zehlendorf S-Bahn station, subway line 3 (Oskar-Helene-Heim subway station) and a bus stop on the property guarantee excellent public transportation connections. By car, the City-West as well as the highway can be reached in about a quarter of an hour. The new international airport Berlin Brandenburg is only about 40 minutes away by car.
